a fruity vodka cocktail with complex flavours
4 cl Finlandia Blackcurrant flavoured vodka
4 cl cranberry juice
5 drops balsamic syrup
1 cl simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part hot water)
3 basil leaves
4 raspberries
mint leaves
chill the coupette glass and the shaker.
muddle the raspberries and the basil leaves in the shaker
add the remaining ingredients.
shake with ice.
fine strain into the chilled coupette glass.
garnish with mint leaves and a raspberry.
