a nordic vodka cocktail perfect for winter.
4 cl Finlandia Nordic Berries flavoured vodka
1 dash Lillet Blanc
1 cl raspberry vinegar
1 dash pickle brine
pickled cucumber
1 raspberry
chill both the coupe and mixing glasses.
add the ingredients and ice to the mixing glass. measure well to not make the cocktail too sweet or sour.
stir and strain into the chilled coupe glass.
garnish with pickled cucumber and a raspberry.
