Mango Crusta

an exotic vodka cocktail that rewards complex preparation with amazing flavour.

3 cl Finlandia Mango flavoured vodka

1 dash triple sec

1 dash bitters

1 dash maraschino

3 cl lemon juice

2 cl simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part hot water)

1 dash chickpea brine

raspberries

lemon peel

sugar



HOW TO MIX

step one:

chill both the coupe glass and the shaker.

step two:

wipe an orange slice around the rim of the glass and dip it in the sugar.

step three:

add the remaining ingredients (except for the lemon peel) and ice to the shaker. the chickpea brine can be replaced with ⅓ egg white.

step four:

shake it well.

step five:

fine strain into the chilled coupe glass.

step six:

garnish with a lemon peel.
