4 cl Finlandia Lime flavoured vodka
2 cl lemon juice
1 dash simple syrup (2 parts sugar mixed with 1 part hot water)
salt & pepper
cumin seeds
dill
1 dash bitters
1.5 cl chickpea brine or ⅓ egg white
lemon twists
chill the shaker and the coupette glass.
add the ingredients to the shaker with ice.
add the egg white for foam - or chickpea brine as an alternative
shake and strain into a chilled coupette glass
garnish with a lemon twist and dill
